Scott Harold Lawson

Scott Harold Lawson, age 56 passed away on Friday, June 17, 2023, after a brief illness. Scott currently resides in Palm Coast, FL. He was a humorous loving son, brother, and friend to many. Scott is predeceased in death by his father, Harold D. Lawson Jr. and survived by his mother Essie J. Lawson (Palm Coast, FL), brothers, Brian Myers (Cheryl) GA., David Myers (Debbie) TN., sister, Kelly Myers Licciardi (Edward) FL., along with many nephews and nieces. 

He was a graduate of Trenton High School, class of 1985 and earned a bachelor’s degree in education and master’s degree in human resources.  Scott worked most of his career in the mental health field and most recently as an addiction counselor.  He was an avid sports fan, especially had a love for the Florida Gators and Boston Red Sox. His hobbies were watching westerns and collecting old records. He was a long-time member of the Church of Christ. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests you donate to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. 

A Memorial service to honor Scott’s life will be Friday, June 23, 2023 at Watson- Milton Funeral Home beginning at 3:00. Visitation will begin one hour prior. 426 West Wade Street Trenton, FL 32693.
