Mr. Phillip Anthony Hines, age 59, of Chiefland, FL, passed away on March 16, 2022, at home. He was born on September 19, 1962, in Washington DC to Richard and Patricia Hines. He grew up in Bell, FL and worked for Alachua County as an inspector. He enjoyed watching sports, fishing, and searching for arrowheads. He was proud to be a part of the local Special Olympics helping any way he could. Everyone knew him as having the biggest heart and willing to help any who needed it. Mr. Hines is preceded in death by his father, Richard Lee Hines; his brothers Stephen Michael Bell and Michael Joseph Hines; and his sisters Linda Christine Bell and Phyllis Ann Papadopoulos.
Mr. Hines is survived by his children Bradley Riorzan and Tabitha Johnson; grandchildren, Madison Hines, Alyssa Wilkerson, and Skyler Johnson; his mother Patricia Hines; a brother, Richard Alan Bell; his fiancé, Betsey Anzonetta White; a host of extended family also survive.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 30 at 4:00 pm at the Watson-Milton Funeral Home in Trenton. A memorial service to honor Mr. Hine’s life will be Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 1:00 at Trenton Cemetery.
