Michael Bowen

Michael "Mike" Bowen, born on February 5, 1961, in Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on March 26, 2025, in Chiefland, Florida. Mike was a man that will be remembered for his unwavering kindness and generosity. Throughout his career, Mike served as a parts manager for Wade Raulersons in Gainesville and later retired as Co-Owner of Mary's Lil T. Mike was a man of faith and was baptized at Hardeetown Church in Chiefland.

Mike found joy in various outdoor activities. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also loved scuba diving and being on the water. His love for nature was only matched by his dedication to his favorite sports team, the Florida Gators, who he supported "In all kinds of weather"! 

Mike is survived by his wife of 23 years, Mary Colson Bowen; his brother, Curtis Dale Bowen; his sister, Debbie Bowen Crawford (Doug); his two sisters in laws, Charlotte Langston (WD), and Sandra Dewees; his three self-adopted children, Nicole Colson Jones, Robin Lynn Langston-Williams and Fredrick (Rick) Ridenour; countless nieces and nephews. and last but certainly not least, his 4-legged babies, Honey, Gracie and King.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Allen Krome Bowen Sr and Virginia Sue (Keith) Vogel; and his brother Allen Krome Bowen Jr. 

A funeral service to honor Mike will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Watson-Milton Funeral Home, Trenton. Family invites friends for a visitation one hour prior to the service at 10:00 AM. Mike will be laid to rest immediately following the service at Joppa Baptist Church Cemetery in Trenton.
