Margaret Elizabeth Driggers

March 18, 1941 — February 20, 2025

Margaret Elizabeth Driggers was born on March 18, 1941. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was welcomed into heaven at 83 years of age. Margaret was the daughter of Edgar Eugene Driggers and Ethel Mae George (Joe Bill George). 

Margaret was a lifelong resident of Dixie and Gilchrist counties. She retired from the Department of Corrections. Margaret was also a CNA in her earlier years and enjoyed serving people. She was a devoted servant of the Lord and a member of Bible Ministries Church in Fanning Springs, FL. Margaret was a prayer warrior and enjoyed praying for her country, "Her" president, and her family. 

Margaret is survived by 5 sisters, Patricia, Etta, Mildred, Helen, and Nina, her son-Howard Keith Stutts, and daughters Michele Saunders (Eugene) and Linda O'Steen (Michael). She has 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and I great-great grandson that she loved dearly. 

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters, Barbara, Mariam, and Hildred. 

A graveside service to honor Margaret will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at New Prospect Cemetery, Cross City, at 3:00 PM. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Watson-Milton Funeral Home, Trenton. www.WatsonMilton.com (352)463-8888
