Kim Lawrence Randolph
December 20, 1955 — May 29, 2024
Mr. Kim Lawrence Randolph, age 68, of Trenton, passed away on May 29, 2024. He was born on December 20, 1955, in McKeesport, PA, to Pete and Jan Randolph. Kim spent his childhood in Pennsylvania before the family moved to south Florida in 1971. A few years later, they moved to Trenton and that would become their home. His father, Pete, opened Randolph’s Gulf Gas Station and Kim worked as a mechanic at the store for several years. He eventually began working in construction and retired in the early 2000’s due to health issues. He was known as a jokester, goofball, and loved making people smile. If you ever stopped by the Marathon, you would find Kim sitting on the bench, greeting customers. That welcoming smile will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his father, Pete, and his son, Kristopher Lee Randolph.
Kim is survived by his children, Sam (Matt) LaFlam and Joshua Randolph, all of Chiefland; his mother, Jan Randolph of Trenton; grandchildren, Kristopher Dennis, Matheson LaFlam, Michael and Joseph Munar, Lance Olsen, Kyla, Nolan, and Braxton Randolph; his siblings, Karen (Fay) Perry of Bell, Kevin (Windy) Randolph on TN, and Karl (Katie) Randolph of Chiefland; his nephew, Kraigan (Raven) Perry; numerous extended family also survive.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday, June 6, from 5-7:00 pm at Watson-Milton Funeral Home, Trenton.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 7, at 11:00 am at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
