Juanita B Philman

Juanita B. Philman, age 74, of Bell, FL, passed away on December 24, 2016 at Haven Hospice Care Center in Chiefland.  She was born to the late James and Helen Barrow on November 11, 1942 in Tampa, FL and had been a resident of Bell for the past 30 years.  She was of the Baptist faith and retired from Lancaster Correctional Institute as a Teacher's Aide.
