Dawn Marie Weber

Dawn Marie Weber, age 79, passed away on Friday, September 9^th while at Shands Select Hospital in Gainesville, FL.  She was born on November 11, 1942, in Bethesda, MD to James and Ella Broadhurst.  Dawn has made Gilchrist County her home since 1986.  She was deeply loved by her family and friends and her love for her family was evident to all who knew her.  She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Dawn’s passion and love for the Lord were evident in her life.  She was a long-time member of Union Baptist Church. She was also involved in local prison ministry.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Weber, and her parents, James & Ella Broadhurst.

Dawn is survived by her children, Emily (Buddy) Hurlston of Gainesville, Sarah (Todd) Brooks of Marlow, OK, and Karen (Bobby) Andersen of Lehigh Acres, 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and her sister Janet Magruder of Fredrick, MD

A visitation for Dawn will be held on Saturday, September 17^th at 2pm at Union Baptist Church.  A service to honor Dawn’s life will be held immediately following the visitation at 3pm.  Graveside will follow at Union Baptist Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Watson-Milton, Trenton. 352-463-8888. www.WatsonMilton.com
