Charles L. Waters

Charles L. Waters, age 74, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at his residence in Newberry, FL. Charles was born December 1, 1941, in Bell, FL, to William Lester and Lillian Waters. He was a lifelong resident of Newberry. He retired from the State of Florida as a correctional officer and was a member of Church of Christ in Newberry.
